Willie Burton sets a Spectrum scoring record at 53

On  Dec. 13, 1994 Philadelphia’s Willie Burton set a Spectrum scoring record by pouring in 53 points during the Sixers’ 105-90 win over Miami. That broke the previous scoring high at the Spectrum of 52 points, set by Michael Jordan during the 1988-89 season.
